The young women were immediately aware that „corporate grief“ is a very unusual topic.

Even if everyone knows that it is not only the 90-year-olds who die. And even they have families who mourn them.

There is hardly any research on how companies can support their employees when they are grieving. Understanding grief as a private issue alone costs companies €- billions – every year!

They quickly realized that here they could not pull their literature from the library or Google as they usually do. Even students from previous semesters, with whom they were networked, had nothing on their computers on this topic. Thus it was clear,

1. they are on an absolute basic topic.

2. they need to develop an anonymous questionnaire and get it technically on its way.

3. they need YOUR HELP.

4. they can contribute some of the basic literature they were looking for at the beginning of the semester through their research.

Please take 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire (in German or English).

The anonymous survey will run until Dec. 4, 2022.

After the first survey is completed, you will also have the opportunity to participate in the Level 2 survey.

Afterwards you have the possibility to leave your mail address. Then you will receive your Summary of the research results, after the project is completed.
